Dr. Charles L. Willis, Jr.

Dr. Charles L. Willis, Jr. is the Executive Director of the Birmingham Omega Lamplighters.  Dr. Willis is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a 1997 initiate of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.  

Dr. Willis is a graduate of both Tuskegee University, University of West Alabama, and the University of Montevallo.  Dr. Willis holds a Ph.D in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Demetrius Jackson

 Mr. Jackson is a Father, Husband, and child of God.  A Native of Eutaw, AL

and a graduate of Miles College where he majored in Mass Communications and has a minor in Computer Science.  Mr. Jackson is a 2008 initiate of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.  Since joining Omega, Mr. Jackson has served as Chairman of Fundraising where he lead several of the chapter's signature events, Omega Fraternal Association Treasurer, Chairman of Reclamation and Retention.  Mr. Jackson serves Omega Lamplighters as an advisor and Event Coordinator.

Alan Davis

Mr. Davis  is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Davis is a 2001 initiate of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.  Mr. Davis currently serves Omega in the capacity of Chapter Reporter, Social Action Committee Chairman, and Chairman of Omega Talent Hunt 2020.  Mr. Davis is a 1997 graduate of The Alabama State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  Mr. Davis serves Omega Lamplighters as an advisor.

Kelleigh Gamble

Mr. Kelleigh Gamble is the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham, Inc.  Mr. Gamble is a native of Quitman, Georgia and holds a degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.  Mr. Gamble is a 2016 initiate of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.  Since joining Omega, Mr. Gamble has served on the Seventh District Meeting Committee, Vice President of the Omega Scholarship and Benevolence Fund, and Omega Lamplighters Secretary, Mentor, and Advisor.  

Robert Averhart III

Mr. Robert Averhart is a native of Fairfield, Alabama.  Mr. Averhart received his undergraduate degree from Miles College in Accounting and Master's in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.  Mr. Averhart is a 2015 initiate of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.  Since joining Omega, Mr. Averhart has served as the Achievement Week Chairman,  Keeper of Finance, Omega Fraternal Association Treasurer, and Omega Lamplighters as a mentor and advisor.
